Why did the half blind man fall into a well?

A city slicker decided he wanted a horse for his kids. He went to a horse farm and saw a horse with wonderful conformation and a shining and healthy coat. "How much for that horse" he asked the farmer. "Oh you don't want that horse. It don't look real good". "What do you mean that is a beautiful horse". "It don't look so good said the farmer". "Well I don't care what you say I am going to buy that horse". The farmer agreed and a few days later the truck came to take the horse to its new home. In the new stable the horse walked into walls and had to let everywhere. In a rage the new owner phoned the farmer. "That horse you sold me is blind as a bat"! "Yeah I know" said the old farmer "and I did tell you that the horse don't look so good".
