Suddenly everything seems bleak. I don't see the point of anything.

I don't see the point of hobbies anymore. Or of therapy. Or for going out there and doing things. Suddenly I feel as if I'm unfixable. That I can't get better. That I will always be this version of me that is so flawed that things will not work out.
It's not a good place to be in.
F+c.k this I swear. I'm completely broken. I'm irreparable. It's a hopeless case.

I could just say that I feel the same. Honestly, I do at times. I let myself be carried away down that rabbit hole. Nevertheless, you have still a good mind there. You seem to notice there's a problem. Now getting yourself up again. That can happen by about anything or anyone. When the day starts I look at the rising sun. Stroke my cats after they force me to feed them first. Little steps help, and try to notice there's more than just your thoughts. You're there and are part of this all. Good luck!
Yeah. I feel the same

you can improve and get better every time you reach a goal, why don't you try to take small steps towards a fulfiling and reachable goal? everyone have flaws and issues so please don't ever give up on yourself <3

@CloudDweller thank you. Yes I might have gotten ahead of myself. I'll take a few steps back. I feel exhausted.
@CloudDweller good idea! I will try

I'm sorry. My inbox is open if you want to vent about things.
The very thing that I see broken right now my dear, are your thoughts. But you are not your thoughts. Let the dark clouds pass. They come and go. This is not permanent!

@SoulKey thank you for reminding me. I lost the plot today

That is exactly the problem with wanting to fix everything. We all have our flaws, and it is so liberating to just accept them and focus on our strengths instead. it will take 2 more lifetime to be perfect.

@mikecannon that's so true. I'm just done watching a video about this. I should feel better soon. Thank you for your reminder. It makes so much sense. I don't know why I chase perfection.

@turningthekeys I am glad to help. It’s exhausting to constantly chase perfection, The more you chase perfection, the more you end up feeling like a failure, Perfection just doesn't exist. You don't have to be flawless to be enough.
thats because theres a God shaped hole that cant be filled with other stuff and until you place him there life is meaningless. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

@Mickey27 There is always something to be happy about. Some days require sadness. But..happiness is a real possibility and so close, we just skip it so many times, trying to look at what is wrong first. Normal. Survival tactic ^^. But hey.. I am happy I am breathing! More time to discover new things, good things are also part of the journey.. we must hop over the hard to see the good. Keep it up, going through the challenge smiling joking internally is much easier than complaining all the time. I do both simultaneously lol. Oh this thing doesn't work why (remembers I look funny from the side), smiles to self.. keeps trying = succeeds. Seems like cranking a smile is a trick to turn the tables! So Pharrel's got a point. Starting with an attitude that all is achievable and you're glad before you even start working for it.. it makes the process .. more bearable. You can't erase all emotions. We must live them all. But.. we can choose to go back and linger on the ones we like more ;)
