A nice thing about working in trades....

It's one of the last proffesions that telling another person tk get their efffing @ss up and meet younin the parking lot wont get you fired. It is nice that at least one work environment still respects the supremacy of an @ss beating as the acme of confict resolution. If only the rest of society and employment oppertunuties would stop regressing to make it into some HR issue.
