You need more capital. I hate capitalism, but facts are facts.
You will be making more money outside, and far less work stress. Spend 10 to 15 years. Comeback with capital and buy properties and invest in your own home country.
That is what I did. Plant your roots in many places, accumulate resources and grow.
Our ancestors didn't stay in one place until they exhausted everything. They moved around and gained experience and knowledge, then benefited their communities.
Everyone fails. Sometimes the issue though is the context. I remember few of your professors failing everyone back in medical school. They do it intentionally. They sabotage you to eradicate competition.
It is far better in other countries.
