Try and process each one separately rather than all together. Maybe there are a couple of things that you can rationalise and make peace with in order to better focus on the others. I saw you mention that it relates at least in part to the issues of others and if that's the case then try to remain a little bit detached if you can. It's not healthy to absorb the pain of others where you can avoid it. It also hinders your ability to be supportive to an extent.
