You seem to have the misconception that you working for someone else.... is all about you. In the scope of things you matter as much to a boss as a piss ant that wanders into his business. You quit... 12 more will want your job in less than an hour. I employ 23 people and I fire and replace a lot like you on a yearly basis. They think I should listen to them. They know better than I do. Bosses don't know as much as the workers. Yadi.... Yadi.
Fun Fact.... bosses know enough to not do your job for what you make.... and they earn more doing less. And we know enough to open a business that gave you a job. So who is smarter? Your attitude would seem to make you worthless as an employee there now..... so do you and your boss a favor and quit.

@violentred When it comes down to it ANY boss will back ur supervisor..... .every single time.... .. not you. He can have u fired and if that happens u lose unemployment benefits. Like him or not... piss him off.... you lose ur job.

@beetlebumdont You think whatever you want. I could care less. Your opinion matters as much to me as a fart in a tornado. Like all employers I pay a good wage for a good employee. As a rule thats about 1 in a 100. 90% of all graduates now can't read at a 5th grade level... can't do anything at all without being led by the hand and yet are so entitled they think they should start at $100k a year and work 4 hour days. And are faaaar too good to get their hands dirty, break a sweat or OMG... the worst of all..... break a nail. And when that don't happen they get the attitude they know better... or like you.... I'm the one at fault. Those kind of employees come and go. it's just life.
