Nothing is wrong with you, I feel the same way often. Do you ever feel alone for a period of time and maybe overthink? That's what happens to me, I start to think no one really loves me even though they most likely do, but that's just me. With the affection part, maybe hug someone close to you, I'm sure they wouldnt mind :). I really hope you feel better<3.
