therapists arent really a big help, although they have good intentions. And please dont end it. There are so many solutions out there that im sure are better than ending it. Soon everything is gonna piece together. I can assure you.

Have faith in yourself. You'll come out of this.

To be honest, this place is a pretty shit place for mental health, but yeah a lot of therapists and counselors don't help, especially when you're younger. Maybe trying to find more skilled or better-fit therapists could help?
