youre not unloveable. if a guy leaves u like that, there must be something wrong w them, rather than you. and honestly, if there are signs that your friend also likes you, or if you think he wont mind, you should maybe go for it and tell him. however, if u are feeling doubtful about this and he might not take it well, dont tell him. im sorry abt those idiot guys, u deserve better!

One simple reason is that you're at an age when you're still trying to sort things out. It's largely about trying something and then dropping it in favor of something else. Trial & Error method.
