Me too honey, in my experience the best thing to do is breathe. Let yourself rest for a minute and recharge, try to realise that your doing what you can to help to make you feel better, not for them. Start doing things for you, do things that make you feel good. Reach out to anyone you can trust, I'm sure people similar to your age can relate in some ways, life is hard but it's only as hard as you make it. Wishing you the best <3
