Whoa! Put on the brakes!
Don’t go doing something bad to yourself! Just stop and take a couple of deep breaths. We all feel like we are losing control of life or even already lost control. Try to imagine what you would consider just the opposite of what you believe you are now. How does that look on you? Now do the things that it takes to become the person you imagined. Me I would fall back on God. I would read his word in the Bible and feel the comfort that loving and living for Jesus. I wouldn’t ( just me) try to try to deal with life’s struggles without Jesus! He actually says to give him your burdens, worries and cares on his yoke which means on his shoulders. You can even put your fears on him. I don’t know God’s plan but I do know he has everything work out for the best . It doesn’t matter how bad you’ve been or what you’ve done , you can always go to the Lord for forgiveness and he will give you the gift he freely gives ‘eternal life and eternal happiness “ . You ought to give him a try. It would only help you! It would never do any harm to you!
You don’t even have to go to church just read the Bible with a open heart. You might want to go to church and be surrounded by others that are experiencing the joys of being with Christ. There will be people that you come in contact that will not reflect the Christian faith but don’t let them hinder you or your beliefs. There’s bad Christian people too! You will be able to tell who they are by their false teachings or their actions. Remember Jesus never said that the Christian life would come without hardships. But the good thing is you will have Jesus to fall back on. He will comfort you and replenish your spiritual faith.
That’s just me. I am of the Christian faith and sometimes I do bad things sometimes like all people, the difference is I can fall back on Jesus and ask him to be true to the promises he’s made. Which he has promised to bear your worries, cares, fear and all else the worlds put on you. He will comfort you I Promise. I hope you read this far down!

Trying going to a born again church and find a cell leader. Try being part of the group. That would be a start. Can't say they'd be your friends for life, but for a while, they would be.
