that sucks. it must be hard seeing your friends go out without you all the time. most of the time, when parents don't let you hang out at places with your friends, they either don't trust your friends or they're concerned for your safety. tell them every single detail of one upcoming hangout you want to go to with your friends. tell them what time you'll leave and what time you'll come back. if you're young, it might help if you tell them there will be an adult supervising you. show them you're responsible and hopefully they will loosen up
