Does stuff like chicken have any ill effects for you? Feel better soon 🫂
Miram · 31-35, F
@Adroneandastrain You know that is actually a pretty good question because the reasons this is happening, theoritically, can be narrowed down by understanding if it happens with chicken.
No, chicken and fish is fine. Just red meats which I figured has to do with purines and vasoactive amines. And maybe other factors.
There are foods that hurt me because of my celiac disease and sensitivities. But not make me aggressive. Only red meat does that.

@Miram Thank you Miram, I encourage you to use your knowledge of what's good and not in eating decisions from now on. The world needs you for as long as possible.

Do you react to grass fed beef? Science says its not possible to react to grain fed meats if you're gluten intolerant but my experience has told me otherwise : )

The orphanage fire in Algiers and the wildfires too? Are you getting any smoke from any of the wildfires, it is affecting your breathing?
If red meat always affects you negatively, can you just stop eating it completely, to prevent this recurring outcome?
I hope you will feel better soon 🤗

You're keeping up 🤍 Yes. Both..and Yes. It was close enough. They aren't not saying this but it is still on. And not for lack of resources. We can't put it down. It is wiping so much work.
And there have been casualties.
I have deficiencies and an impaired abilty to digest and absorb nutrients. I have to do this every now and then to get my levels back to normal, or to check if my digestive system has improved. I do also take injections to address that.

@Miram I hope you will stay safe from the wildfires, and I hope at least your own farms and home will be spared from any destruction. I hope all of the fires can be contained soon.
PS whenever you have to be outside while the air quality is poor due to smoke particles, I hope you can keep on well-fitting N95 masks and even something like swimming goggles to prevent eye irritation, as much as possible
Were you affected by the electricity blackout too?
I fully understand why things like the stoned guy inadvertenly pruning on your property alarm you, in particular for the potential to spark conflagations in ticking tinderboxes, given that the entire Mediterranean area seems to always be prone to wildfires as a norm even before climate change. There's no room for carelessness in those circumstances.
Does the red meat mainly have negative psychological or physical repurcussions for you? Does the depression stem from knowing where it came from and that death was required? Or are there specific compounds in it which trigger your depression by affecting things like serotonin or such? Or is it a combination of both? If there is a physiological component, can you address your nutrient deficiencies with extracts as supplements and bypass the triggering compounds and avoid consuming the meat directly? Do you need injections other than B12?
Is there actually a possibility that your digestive system will improve? And is consuming the meat directly rather than as supplement extracts from it the only truly viable way to periodically test the progress of your digestve system improvement?
Love you 🤍🫂
