I really don’t know what to do [I Am So Upset]

Something happened about 2 months ago.And since it happened.I been falling deeper into a depression.Today I have barely even left the bed today.I feel like I’m in constant state of agony and I can get my mind off the situation.I just want to feel something besides this pain again.

depression is horrible mate people who suffer from it try to deal with it in ther own way and i think we all suffer for some part of it differently
