I Am So Upset
EDIT: They just emailed me saying they have issued a refund! /thank God, I was about to raise hell. I still will if it doesn't come through in the next couple days. Thanks for all the advice!

I woke up and checked my bank account on a whim to find that a company has taken 72 dollars from me without my knowledge. I signed up for their free trial last week but cancelled it with in the trial period, but they still charged me anyway.
On top of that, I never agreed to pay 72 dollars in the first place. The only reason I signed up for the trial was because I knew that if I by any chance forgot to cancel in time, it would only be 6 dollars a month. They mentioned nothing about a 70 dollar annual.
They don't even have a phone number I can call 馃槨. The only option they have is an email, which they can easily ignore. I emailed them but I also found their fb page. They did this to someone else who left a review so I commented to say the same happened to me.
I can't afford to just throw away 72 dollars. I'm a full-time volunteer on a strict budget and I have to pay my car note.
I am beyond frustrated, and I really hope they don't ignore me.
