I Am Upset

[b][u]Last week[/u][/b] Friend: You're my best friend man. I'd do anything for you.

[b][u]Today[/u][/b] Me: Hey ____, think you'd wanna get together with me and a bunch of other friends to celebrate my bday on Friday? Since I'll be busy Saturday?
Him: I need to see what I'm doing with my gf.

Typical. I'm not saying I'm against him spending time with his girlfriend, but I haven't spent any time hanging out with this "friend" since May. And it was only for about an hour. The least he could do is be there for my birthday... literally. Me and him used to be best friends, but now I can barely call him a friend. It hurts when people put someone else ahead of you.
