If you think there is an incoming stress, you should know how to calm down or cool down. You may sit on a chair first, then think of how or why there is a problem. Try connecting it, like a puzzle. What causes your problem and HOW to solve it. If you can't think of solving it, repeat the steps. Don't panic, at least you should know how to manage the stress. And if you are being interrupted while on the verge of stress, learn not to pass the stress. Stress is kinda contagious. Approach eveything positive and gentle. =)
