Feeling major grumps today 🫩

Four hours sleep, sick dog, sick kid, at stupid work and can't help anybody. Got one surgery scheduled, need to see my primary, need to call the breast center back for a biopsy, need to see oncology. I need to find a new job or a way to survive without one because my mental health and health issues are becoming overwhelming beyond my ability to cope.
