Stress. It creeps in quietly or hits all at once.

Sometimes it’s the big things—deadlines, family issues, finances. Other times, it’s the little things piling up: unanswered messages, laundry that never ends, or just the weight of needing to “keep it together” every single day.

Some days, I feel like I’m doing okay. Other days, even getting out of bed feels like a win. And that’s real life.
