how do you deal with it when you have a lot to deal with right now

i have a lot going on at the moment to handle....changes in my benefits, i'm getting help with it but its still complicated and stressful, health appointments that i have to sort out...and eye test at the opticians i have to arrange.

its a lot for me this...and i have an anxiety disorder which makes it hard...i'm anxious about anything to do with health matters, i'm afraid of anything clinical.



it may sound nothing to you, but its a lot to me....how do you handle it when you have a lot going on at the moment?

I have autism so I get it, life admin is a huge deal to me. When things start to get on top of me, I make sure my self care routine is top of the list. I remind myself to eat, I listen to self hypnosis videos before sleep, and if I can't sleep. I am very careful about the self talk because I I know I'm prone to catastrophising. Ask for help if it gets to complicated to do something on my own.
