Not feeling well

Feel low sad.
I am stuck in the country side with no car and it’s night.

Don’t judge me but Iv tried loads of things and I’m still feeling like this. I feel panicky

I would love to be where you are, want to switch places? I live in a busy city where I have to look around before I wipe my nose because someone may be watching, constantly stared at with barely any privacy. Night time is the best when everyone goes to sleep, but then it's dark and the rats come out.
