Talk to your immediate superior and say you're feeling a bit overwhelmed.
Ask them to go through your job description with you and see if what it says is what you're actually being asked to do.

If you are both happy with that ask for tips; help with learning procedures to help you be and feel more efficient.
Nobody would begrudge you that and it shows awareness

It is quite normal to have brain fog and feel overwhelmed at a new job.
Speak to your immediate supervisor or manager about it openly and convey to them that you need suggestions or at least some tips and that you're asking because you are the type of person who wants to excel at anything she does, not just get by.

The manager would probably appreciate the effort and try to help, or at least be aware of your struggles and take it into account in any performance review later on.

this is normal at the start of a new job!! don鈥檛 stress about it too much, just try your best and it may take a bit but eventually you鈥檒l be able to do all of this without help

How long have you worked there? If it doesn't get better you have mentally exhausted yourself and shouldn't work.

@Queendragonfly i have been there for 3 months i guess ,my thinking was already slow before but now its showing more

I also am very lacking in those skills. If you hate your job maybe go to school and get some certificate or diploma in some skill like x-ray tech, medical assistant, nurse, physical therapy etc (working in hospitals is very good income 100 k plus) or in education from preschool assistant which is just a couple classes, or elementary assistant or teacher. Electricians also make quite a lot. There is a book Discover what you're best at that is super ( every job in the world is in there and tests to find out your perfect job.
