Too stressed and anxious. Nothing going the way I wanted it to.

Try some walking / any sport and deep breathing - it may not work right away, but in time, it did for me.
When your mind is overwhelmed, take small steps and do something with your hands - it will put your thoughts in order or at least give you some space to think.
