I feel so bad at the moment, I'm really down because I won't have my performance bonus this month. Someone rated me very low and my video percentage suffered!
Been working here for four years and this is my first ever month of getting a low rating 4.58/5 on performance, I usually get 4.70 96.47% on video percentage so that's a red mark. I should have 97-98% to get additional incentives.
It sucks!
Well perhaps, I should put on more make-up and use a wig again. I had high ratings when I was wearing a black short wig with headband! 😂

Man thats gotta hurt.I know you work hard.I haven't been screwed out of a bonus yet. I get one every Christmas.They give us 1% of what we made for the year. No shops give bonuses here. Im pretty lucky. Sorry to hear this. .
0023@1Dogma it's a job for a hermit like me. 🤭 I just found it while browsing online before covid19 when I was working at an importation firm. I think, it's a blessing in disguise because we had 3 lockdowns, and everything shut down.
@JimboSaturn well, most of my old clients in their 60's and beyond like to book my time, you know old people like talking about random things so I guess you're right!
I have a stupid job like this. Very hard demanding travel job and Im expected to obtain 97% perfect score surveys from customer in order to meet expectations. Its stupid. Im one of the highest scoring on my team 3 years running and yet I am not sure that I will meet expectations. In order to exceed expectations I have to lead the company and introduce new ideas and show directly how I make the company money ( my job is not sales).
