Just a tip if you’re stressed or anxious put on lullabies on Spotify or YouTube
I’ve been playing them for hours on my wooden stereo, there’s Disney lullabies, Celtic lullabies etc, Native American lullabies. It will calm your sensitive spirit.

I enjoy the sound of peaceful summer rain on YouTube, or rain and thunder, but it sounds more quiet and peaceful, than a big thunderstorm. The sound and rhythm just lulls you to sleep. I Love It.
