Looking Like It's Going To Be A Long Evening

The little one came home from school cranky.... She has been screaming for a good thirty minutes... Not even crying just screaming... Not one tear in her eyes....Feeling a little stressed.... Her mom isn't having any luck getting her to stop....I don't know if I should try or not.... I don't want to step on anyone's toes but it's getting bad....
