Behavior changes can be a symptom of something wrong neurologically. I found myself behaving uncharacteristically for a while and eventually learned I had a brain tumor. Go see your doctor and get checked out.

@DunningKruger Oh my God! Did you get rid of the tumor?
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
@Girlygirl The tumor has been controlled by medication for a long time. The wife, also, had a much more serious brain tumor that had to be removed surgically. It certainly affected her behavior, as well.

There are all sorts of medical conditions, many of which start showing up at around your age now, that can affect behavior. See your doctor, get checked out.
