I'm so stressed
There are people and cats everywhere and my house is 85 degrees right now. I did manage to curtail a panic attack earlier that was trying to be a massive one, so I'm proud of myself for that. Sorry for unloading.

@MyNameIsHurl do you have any benadryl? I find the sedative effect helps if I have no anti anxiety meds.
