Anyone else ever had a massive feeling of dread?
My stomach feels nervous. 2022 has just been emotional or physical pain. I think I'm also suffering an existential crisis.

You go through a lot...I'm sorry that things are and feel so burdensome.
When things which happen *are* personal/directed at you it's hard to let it just roll off like water on a duck's back.
