Anyone else ever had a massive feeling of dread?
My stomach feels nervous. 2022 has just been emotional or physical pain. I think I'm also suffering an existential crisis.

@userfawkes1105 I think its partly an age thing. Lived half my life in theory and achieved nothing, looks are going and have to let go of youth even though I've wasted it completely.
