I can't breathe.

I've realised most of my life I couldn't really breathe. Then I was able to breathe for a while. Now I can't breathe again.
Huh.

I sense you're not referring to a literal loss of breath. Rather, your life's circumstances leave you feeling trapped, or suffocated?
