how will i find a girlfriend at my time of life

i'm 46 now had a hard life, struggling with mental problems my entire adult life, i have no support network, friends anymore, the only support i have are my elderly parents, who live far away...i have never had a girlfriend because i had too many issues...i did have quite a few flings with girls in my teenage years so i did not completely miss out.

but what i want more than anything is a girlfriend now...but is that too late for me now and i will end up dying a sad lonely donkey?
