How to cope laziness?

I wanna do daily gardening but just minor setbacks make me enough to have long day procratination. 😅
I know I am lazy okay, no need to hurt my heart. 😭

I am always enthusiastic at first, but then I loss interest if something bugs me or when I am lack of free time. Like, "what's the point doing it if I am back to square one?"

I hate my mindset. Ggawaaah. i feel wanna hit my head on the wall right now. 🤧🤧🤕🤕🤕
