Didn't get fired

They just wanted to talk about my call scores and ask if refresher training would help me. I said YES. When I first got promoted to my department, there was supposed to be classroom training, but due to the company moving to a new location/building, my training fell through the cracks and they literally just put me in the new role without training. I have had to learn as I went, which clearly is not working for me.

Maybe after the refresher training I will be much more comfortable in this job.
