That would be back when I was a baby in my crib.

When I was 9 and my father left us in a motel room alone and checked into a hospital. He told them at the hospital where to find us. The city sent sent social workers and they put us in a detention home which was a jail for children.

Behind bars, never. Occasionally in bars, around 20.
