How would you deal with someone who had no job grade nor wanted to but would need a steady job?

A friend of mine tried to become a nurse but she aborted that and instead has a six years old daughter meanwhile. She quit with her kid's father and now clings to a job which is just temporary.
Our boss already offered her a job in the same company without job grades needed but she refused to accept that. I had offered her to help her into a job without bigger graduation needed but she recently said that it would seem too complicated to her (in my field).
Now I don't know if I should offer her another job in my field which would seem less complicated or if I should support her in finding another temporary job (which another co-worker does who had been offered the same job as her).
Should I leave her with that or rather help her?

She prbably needs child care and to know here child is good hands. That may b her reason as to not excepting the job

@Lilnonames now that you mention it, the other co-worker said she told him about the night-shifts for example which would just be a big no for her as a mother.
