I Am Feeling Nostalgic

I recently bought pokemon soul silver for the ds since I had silver for the gameboy but I could never finish it since it wouldn't save my progress and everytime I played it it'd make me start over so basically i'd play as long as I could until I had to turn my gameboy off since I knew it didn't save so basically I never got around to finishing it even though I always wanted to but I also had fire red which was a blast and I have found memories of playing it and trading pokemon with friends many years later after pokemon soul silver came out I was overcome with happiness since I knew that I finally had a chance to finish it but I didn't buy it when it first came out and it slowly increased in value over time and became more and more expensive and rare but recently I convinced myself to buy it even though it's so rare and after I finished the Johto region I had to take a cruise to the other section of the game where fire red took place in and I feel nostalgic as hell playing it I feel like I'm 12 again and I'm playing this game for the first time after so long and all the memories of playing fire red are just rushing back to me while I'm playing it.
