Anyone else remember the disappearing leprechaun puzzle?

I never ever could figure this thing out!!
You rearrange the pieces of the picture and one of the leprechauns has completely disappeared.
I looked at it so closely and thought about it intently and could never work out how that happened.
If you know, don't tell me!! I like being mystified :)
