Whats your nightmare on repeat?

@SW-User I tend to...bypass it and try and look ahead. Too traumatic for me.

@Ilena I try to do that too, but my mind won't always let me^^

@SW-User I got PTSD and struggle with multiple anger sprees and panic attacks. I understand. Its tough 🌹🙏
