Worst week

I got sick and idk how but I have a sore throat, body aches, fatigue,and I have to care for a 1 year old .. I hate getting sick because I have no help, I had a fever yesterday and could not get up my son just sat on me the whole day, he would bring me things that he wanted to drink so I had to muster up strength. He’s been throwing up almost everything he eats, it’s so bad my apartment is a wreak , iv taken some natural remedies, medicines . This is the worst to feel alone and y can’t care for someone or someone care for u.

If you have covid, looking after a one-year-old would be almost impossible.
It sounds like your son has a stomach bug. Just water and plain Ryvita dry biscuits would be best until he gets over it.
But maybe it would be safest to see a doctor for a diagnosis.
If you prefer natural medicines, you don't have to take the doctor's prescriptions. You could see a naturopath for advice on treatments.
No family, no friends, no friendly neighbours?
Could you reach out to a local charity?
Where is your son's father and his family?
Or are they not the right types to be carers?

@hartfire I was negative for everything idk what it could be and also my son . We are just taking medicine and advil. I don’t trust his dad or family so I don’t call . Same for my family and the neighbors aren’t so friendly

I felt like that about a week or so ago . Penicillin for 10 days and a cough medicine mended me .

Awww, I've been there - just lied there with a fever on my then not quite 1 yr old 's bedroom floor and let her just crawl around and play while I rested thr best I could.
