Is there a way to check from iPhone for live movement in satellite map since I’m looking for a friend missing?

Up here we have traffic cameras online all the time. They have an option to review the past 24 hours too, so you could see if a particular car went past and the time etc. Maybe you have that there? Doesn't need to be on iphone, any computer works.
