@therighttothink50 I really like Edward Robinson. I guess, despite his rough roles, he was a lovely man in real life.

@dontbekoi I have seen and own 82 of his approximate 85 films, I even made a montage of clips of his movies.
A gentler Eddy G is seen in Our Vines Have Tender Grapes and Dr. Ehrlich's Magic Bullet, two great movies.
His best gangster spoofs are Larceny Inc. and Brother Orchid, the latter has incredible heart.
The worst thing you can do is judge Robinson on Little Caesar, it is so early in his career, it's just a rough performance. He became so much more polished as an actor over time. I could recommend at least 40 movies of his.
