I'm really disappointed 😞

So over 2 months, my roommates had plans to go to North Carolina. We live with my wife's first cousin once removed and her mom, my wife's great aunt. They had plans to go to North Carolina this weekend, leaving tomorrow.. I was really really looking forward to having the house to ourselves so me and my wife can have alone time, have dinner at the table and have a nice weekend together. Maybe stay up a little late watching a movie on the couch. We are always in our room, her great aunt Ann is really old, she's 92 and she can't move around much and she's always in the living room which I don't mind but she also keeps the house really hot and not let me turn the ceiling fan on. I know it's her house and everything so I don't complain but for weeks I been planning a weekend alone with my wife, we have a toddler and that's fine but he does his own thing alot.
Just now I was on the couch reading my book, my wife's cousin comes out asking her mom if she needs to pack a bag for her or she could do it herself, and the aunt says "I shouldn't go and I don't think I want to go"
My heart dropped on the floor when she said that. So this weekend I will have to take care of her aunt which I don't mind, I do that Everytime her cousin leaves but I was looking forward for this for months!

I'm very disappointed... I'm not trying to sound ungrateful and awful but I really wanted this weekend so badly...
