I Am Mad, Sad, Disappointed

I hate living in this student house. I wish I could move but it's not in my budget. We have a mouse problem and one of the guys isn't clean at all. I hate him and his girl so much.He's been disrespectful to everyone.His girl doesn't live here but steals Tupperware and is dirty.House meetings are obsolete since he doesn't listen.We've been friends 5yrs and only now I've been seeing him for who he really is. I thought he was a good guy and thought he was my best friend. After I graduate this year I'm cutting contact with him. I've had enough.
