I've found that SW increases my anxiety and decreases my productivity. I want to be happy and confident.

This forum is particularly toxic often.

We may be drawn to the very things that put us in a bad state of mind.
For me those things are politics.

So yeah we have to actively avoid the bad. I sometimes think, "Do I really want to be p*ssed off right now?"
