Many years ago

I had a young man come to me to confess that he was gay. He seemed almost proud of it. I simply smiled and informed him that as a young man he could get turned on by a door knob. He left a bit crestfallen. He then started dating girls exclusively.

Yeah, I'm sure he's totally heterosexual now and not just repressing his sexuality...

@BigAssLeech His choice not mine. I simply pointed out that there is no accounting for what turns someone on.

@BigAssLeech BTW your comment is too stupid to take seriously. 'Repression' Get stuffed. We are to control our urges not be ruled by them. That is what makes for a civilized society. Too bad you missed that growing up.

@hippyjoe1955 Well, when he eventually divorces his future wife for a man and is finally happy and free, don't come crying on here about how he just didn't "control his urges" well enough lmao

@BigAssLeech So you think he is incapable of controlling his urges? Do you think rape is OK? The offender is simply acting on his urges after all and urges are what defines you according to you. I knew a fellow who married a lovely lady and had a couple of kids. He then discovered he was gay. He dumped the lady and moved in with his gay lover. A year later he was asking his ex wife to take him back. His gayness had worn off.

@BigAssLeech I guess you missed the point of the thread. Here is a clue. We are not defined or controlled by our urges. We are free moral agents and are fully capable of controlling our 'feelings'. It is called being an adult human being.
