I Have a Confession

I hate living around ghetto black people. I'm black, but I'm normal. I'm a decent person and I know how to behave. Most American blacks are ghetto-acting, trashy, irresponsible, dangerous, ignorant, lazy, and obnoxious, and I wish not to be associated with them. I'm looking for a better apartment so that I can live around working, sensible people. I can't wait to move.

I cant speak to that, but African, Jamaican, Bermudan and Cuban black people I met in Miami were very nice people. Every ethnicity are just humans...have met many whites that embarrass me. Most people of all ethnicities are nice people getting by, in my experience.

@Neoerectus I was born and raised in Miami, resided there for 10 yrs short of 38 yrs. I presume I was one of the last "gringas" (white non Spanish speaker). I've gotta add to your comment since you did bring up some of the more positive stereotypes. I have a lot to say about The cubans! No one leaves their house hungry! They love to feed guests! The Cuban families were always ready to throw elaborate parties for any event! It was always time to dance and drink! 💃

As a female, my experience with Jamaicans was different. They flirted heavily without shame! Somehow they didn't pass the fine line into sexual harassment.

I agree with you on the negative white stereotypes. I'm not proud at all of the bigoted white supremacist people on my paternal side who are fans of segregation, raise their sons to believe that crying is a weakness, a woman is below man, beating your kids til there are visible welts is fine, the n word being thrown around is taught,etc
