It's coming down to where I can feel myself making that decision. Pretty soon I'm either going to die at my own hands or I'm going to escape somewhere. I feel this restlessness and dissatisfaction in my spirit, and I'm not happy. But ironically, I'd be happy with my decision to escape....

It’s good that you know some changes need to be made, but you don’t have to kill yourself to make them effective. In fact, that’s the worst thing you could do. I hope you do move out and have your own space.
