@Fernie I don't think I sounded upset about looking the wrong age? Maybe I'm unclear in the story 😅 I just meant I used the "I'm seventeen" excuse to get out of signing a petition

@Fernie No because he asked if I was registered go vote- and you can't vote until your eighteen. I just said I was seventeen because they can't vote 😅 I'm okay with people thinking I'm younger than I am, that's not a big deal

@Fernie And at the end of the story i mention my break is almost over.. so I had to leave back to work soon too. And I didn't want to make awkward small talk with the guy after saying I can't sign his petition, hence the getting out of there

@Fernie The sole reason I put the first paragraph was to make a point I look a little younger than I am and people get confused. I would've put an emoji if I thought it sounded like I was mad about it, i don't care at all 😂

No. I read it just right...these are the words and attitude of an immature teenager. Since you are also a child, of course you'll disagree.

@Fernie I'm just at a complete loss. I just didn't want to sign a petition and I had to get back to work? If I didn't mention that I look younger than I am then my telling the guy in the parking lot that I'm seventeen wouldn't make much sense? I'd genuinely go through and explain eaxh paragraph of my post if it would help?

I used to really admire you Fernie when I saw you post around here, but the way you're talking to me is just so ugly. It's particularly hurtful because it's just a misunderstanding. Not once did I say I was upset, my story is just about not wanting to sign a petition. Saying I was under the legal voting age just felt like the easiest way to get out of the situation
