I Have a Confession

I used to have a crush on Thomas Jefferson when I was in 7th grade. Yep. The founding father. Yep. Problematic. It may or may not have stemmed from his portrayal in the movie 1776 (Watch it, and you'll see what I mean). It didn't last, and even with my recent discovery of the musical Hamilton, it hasn't resurfaced, but the memories of it did. I'll be going to my shame corner now...
